Today is day 2 of my new quest to get in shape. I joined Spark People and so far it motivates me. I'm also getting a team of people together to walk in a 5 K in September.
All because of swimming in part of a triathlon and getting beat by most everyone in my group. Oh well, the motivation I've gotten out of it is really something new to me...
And I'm down one pound already!
