Officially registered for the 5k last night! There's no turning back now! Day 2 of running was good, definately better than day 1. Day 3 is a rest day - haven't decided if I'm really going to rest yet... I also have volleyball tonight and 10 minute beach body as well... Took my body measurements today, figure that may show me some results before the weight numbers...
On another note, I'm still waiting to hear from 911. You'd think I'd hear something soon. It's been since September 5th that they have had my information to complete their background check. I just want to know one way or another. I did get another raise at my current job - another 3%, not much but something.
Empire Carpets is coming today to give us an estimate. I haven't found one good review of them online, so I'm a bit nervous. Oh well, it's just an estimate.
Friday, ATT is coming to install fiberoptic digitial internet and TV. It's a new service called Uverse. Just became available in this area recently. We'll get a DVR that can be accessed by any TV in our house. We'll also be able to remotely program our DVR to record by phone or internet. And you can record up to 4 shows at one time. I don't know what it can store though... Installation is free and the price is about equivalent to our charter bill, but Charter's prices just keep raising and raising.
Other than that, just getting ready to go and take care of K & K this Saturday, so exciting!!

Going to any of the hockey games this week? Well, today and tomorrow, right? I might go tomorrow, we'll see how I feel at that point.
I'm going Friday but not Sunday night. Hope to see you Friday. I'll let you know about how of all this stuff goes. So far, empire hasn't even showed up and they only have until 11 because that was my appointment time (9a - 11a)

Did you know the carpet in Kelsey's room is from Empire? We weren't thrilled w/ the salesman--very high pressure--and I don't particularly like the quality of the carpet now that it is installed next to our other carpet. But we didn't get the most expensive carpet either--for what we paid, it is fine.
That DVR sounds awesome--we can only record 2 shows and can't watch another channel if 2 shows are recording. I would love to record 4 shows! See you Saturday!
